Warm Up

With a partner for 10 minutes, 
One partner Runs 100m
One partner performs Max Sit-ups until their partner gets back from the run


PVC Pipe Stretches! 


Air Squat with Plate In Front Of Body, 10 lbs. 
Lunges Weighted Overhead, 10 lbs.


With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes,
10 Weighted Squats (10#), Per Person
150m Row, Per Person
10 Weighted Overhead Lunges (10#), Per Person
