Class Purpose: Weightlifting skills today with the Kettlebell! Swings and Sumodeadlift highpulls recruit a lot of muscle to do it safely! Paired with some running you get some cardio and strength building. 

Warm Up

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of,

Dynamic Range Of Motion Drills!

Complete as many repetitions as possible in 16 minutes or just move the whole time!
200m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings
12 Kettlebell High Pulls
