ABC Hopes Fitness - Uniquely created to Empower & Increase Confidence
Fitness created in an atmosphere that allows our participants the opportunity to exercise their bodies, their minds, and their social skills.
With numerous health risks that come along with having an intellectual disability it is of utmost prevalence that steps are taken to improve their physical well-being. Physical activity leads to improved daily routines and life-styles.
Our Goal for you
To provide persons with intellectual disabilities and their families the opportunity to live full, healthy and meaningful lives.
Once an assessment is received, our administrative team will review and reach out within 48 hours for next steps. Assessment must be completed prior to any services offered.
All participants must complete the ABC Hopes General Assessment.
Sessions will fill up, space is limited. We will do our best to honor your session choices.
