Yay Burpees! - 09.15.16

Class Purpose: Full body workout today! A lot of coordination involved with jumping and doing the burpees - so the kids will be working on quality repetitions over an extended period of time.

Warm Up

For 15 minutes,

One partner Rows for as long as possible
Other partner performs 20 Jump Ropes/20 Squats onto a Medicine Ball

Stretching

Stretching With Bands Today!!

Skill

Box Jumps

Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of,
Burpees
Sit-Ups
Box Jumps or Step-Ups, Any size box you can jump safely onto!
