One partner performs Hollow Rock & Super Man!

Stretching

Static Stretches!
Dynamic Range Of Motion Drills! (Neck, Arms, Hips, Legs)

Skill

Press
Ring Pull

Workout

Complete 50-40-30-20-10 reps with a partner, for time or until 15 minutes.
Press, Light Weight since it is high repetitions.
Ring Pull, Scale for Proper form.
Push-Up, Scale for Proper form.
