Partner A: Runs a 100m
Partner B:  15 Sit-Ups/10 Lunges 

Stretching

Quads and Shoulders! 

Skill

Box Jumps
Burpees

Workout

Complete as many repetitions as possible or just move the whole time!

Four rounds of,

1 Minute on the Rower
1 minute of Box Jumps Or Step-Ups
1 minute of Burpees
Rest 1 minute
